Lupita woke up first, she thought it was just a dream, until she saw Adam next to her. She looked at him for a moment, she couldn’t believe he was here with her and smiled.

She got up and went downstairs and saw luggage in the living room. Lupita headed to the kitchen, where her mom was making breakfast.

“Morning, honey” she said.

“Morning mom” Lupita said with a yawn.

Her mom turned around and looked at her and asked “Some luggage came this morning, is it yours?”

“No, a friend of mine came in last night” she replied.

“Oh, so who’s your friend? Her mom asked

“Just a friend I met in L.A., that’s it.” Lupita decided to take the luggage upstairs.

Adam was still fast asleep when she went to drop off the luggage, she tried not to wake him, he looked so peaceful.

A few minutes after she left Adam woke up. It took him a while to know where he was and he smiled. He saw his luggage and he decided to take a shower.

Lupita ate her breakfast and decided to go check up on Adam. She opened the door and saw Adam almost naked. “Oh my god, I’m sorry” she slammed the door.

He put on his pants and opened the door. Lupita turned around “Adam, I thought you were still….” she trailed off and saw he wasn’t wearing a shirt. She could see his tattoos, the ones she’d seen in pictures and on T.V. and always imagined what it would be to see them for herself.

“It’s ok” he said with a smile.

She felt so embarrassed. “So you like them?” he asked her.

“What?” she said dazed.

“My tattoos” he said.

She started to blush and said “Yeah. I love the one for Frankie and the flowers on your shoulder. Listen, Adam, I’m sorry for last night, I didn’t want you find out like that” Adam got close to her and put his arms around her. Lupita could feel his muscular arms.

Adam looked at her and said “It’s ok, I understand”

“You do?”

“Yeah, I went through the same thing with…” Lupita stopped him, “Jane” he looked at her “Yes with Jane”

Lupita knew about Jane and how she inspired Adam to write his first album. She thought how his songs have gotten her through so much and now she felt like she was the girl with the broken smile and that Adam stood in the pouring rain for her.

And with that she looked at Adam with a smile, “Let’s try, you know us”

“Really?” Adam said surprised “Are you sure?” Lupita nodded. “I promise will take it slow.”

They kissed and felt like everything else didn’t matter anymore.

“So, I guess my charming good looks worked huh?” he joked.

Lupita laughed, “Yeah I guess I have a weakness for good looks after all.”

Adam put on a shirt and they headed downstairs. “You ready?” she asked him knowing he was nervous.

“Yeah” he sighed.

“Don’t worry I know they’ll love you as much as I do” she said smiling at him.

They went into the kitchen, where both Lupita parents were sitting eating breakfast.

“Morning dad” she said cheerfully and kissed him on the cheek.

“Morning sweetie” he said.

Lupita and Adam sat down. “And who might this be?” he asked looking at Adam.

“This is Adam” Lupita said looking at him smiling.

Adam never really met the parents of the girl he was dating before, so he was a little nervous.

“So you’re a friend of my daughters?” he asked.

“Yes sir” he said.

“So, Adam what do you for a living?” Mrs. Sandoval asked.

“I’m a musician and a singer. “I’m in a band.” Adam answered.

“What’s your bands name?” she asked.

“Maroon 5″ he said.

“Wait, Lupita don’t you like that band?” she asked her daughter.

“Yes, mom I do” she said annoyed.

“Adam, she plays your music all the time she’s here.” her mom said.

“Oh she does, does she” he said smiling at her. Lupita was getting embarrassed.

“Yes, all day long” she said. Adam started to laugh.

“Adam, I’ve heard you’ve dated a lot of women over the years”

“Mom!!!” Lupita shouted.

“Is this true?” her dad asked looking at Adam.

Lupita knew Adam was feeling so uncomfortable and so was she.

Adam suddenly felt his stomach turn, but he had to keep his cool, “It’s ok, Lupita” Adam told her. “Yes, I have dated some of those girls, but with all do respect, I am not the type of person they say I am. They made me a person that I wasn’t” he went on. “But people say what they want to hear, so I don’t really pay attention to the media. I respect peoples opinion, if they like me they like me, if they don’t that’s fine too”

Lupita’s parents looked very pleased with Adam. “You seem to have a good head on your shoulders, your parents must be really proud of you Adam” Lupita’s dad said.

“Thank you, sir and may I say, you raised a wonderful daughter yourself” he told them.

“Why thank you, she is very special isn’t she” her mom said.

“Yes she is” he said looking at her Lupita smiled.

“So, how long are you in town for?” Lupita’s mom asked.

“A week. I just needed to get away from all the craziness going on with the tour.” he told them.

“Where are you staying?” her dad asked. “Well, my manger has a room set up for me at a hotel downtown.” Adam said.

“You don’t have to go downtown, you can stay here. We have a spare room.” Her mom said.

“Really, I can stay at the hotel. I don’t want to be a bother to you” Adam told her.

“No, you’re no bother at all” she said.

They all had breakfast and everything was going great, her parents liked Adam as much as she did.

They finished breakfast,”Thank you for the breakfast, it was delicious” he told them.

“Your welcome, im glad you liked it” Mrs. Sandoval said.

“Lupita why don’t you show Adam his room” she told her. Adam and Lupita headed upstairs.

“I’m sorry about that.” Lupita said.

“It’s alright, I get it, your parents are just making sure I was good enough for you.”

Lupita turned around and put her arms around his neck, “Well, I didn’t need my parent’s approval for that” she grinned and kissed him.

They entered the room and Adam unpacked some of his stuff.

“My parents really like you. I’m surprised; usually my dad interrogates my boyfriends.” Adam laughed “But when you told them the truth about all the tabloid stuff, he probably knew he could trust you. That was kind of hot, I have to say” she said.

“Oh really” he said with a grin. He went over to the bed where she was sitting and kissed her, she giggled, and then the door opened.

“Adam, do you need….” It was Lupita’s mom.

She saw them, “Oh my” she said.

“Mom!!!” Lupita said surprised.

Her mom looked at them. Adam got up and tried to explain what was going on “Mrs. Sandoval, I can explain” she looked at him waiting for an answer.

“The thing is I truly care for your daughter very much and I’d do anything for her. I wouldn’t do anything to hurt her. I just want you to know that” he told her.

“Well, now I see that she’s in good hands” she said with a smile. “Just be careful with her” she said.

“You have my word.” He assured her.

Mrs. Sandoval left and Adam turned to Lupita said “Now where were we?”

“Hmmmm…I don’t remember” she said playfully.

“Well, let me give you something to refresh your memory” he said and kissed her.

They finished making out, which made them breathless. “Do you want to go out to eat somewhere tonight?” Adam asked her.

“Yeah I know this great place we could get the best sushi in town, I know you like sushi,” she said.

“Wow, you really know me, are you sure your not a stalker?” he joked.

Lupita laughed and said “Shut up!!!” and kissed him again.

He hung up the phone and ran to find Fred their tour manager. He finally found him and stopped him.

“Fred, man I need to go Chicago, today!!!”

Fred looked at him like he was crazy, “Adam you can’t, you have a show tonight.” “

Can’t we reschedule this?” Adam asked.

“I don’t know Adam, all the fans are outside waiting.” Fred told him.

“Please Fred, I need to go!!!” he begged.

Fred let out a big sigh and said, “Okay, but promise me you won’t take long, because we have a big media tour coming up”

“Okay, I promise, you’re the best you know that!!”

“Yeah, yeah, now go before I change my mind!!!”

Adam got in his car and headed home to get some of his stuff, called a cab and left Gene a note to let him know where he was. He said goodbye to Frankie and left.

He got in the cab and left for the airport. At the airport Adam thought about the night he met Lupita, how she amazed him with her kindness and intelligence, he’d never met anyone like her before.

He finally got on the plane, he went to his seat, he was afraid of airplanes so he put on some Marvin Gaye before takeoff to calm his nerves. In his mind he thought of how he wanted to see her again and hold her and he fell asleep.

When he woke up the pilot was announcing their arrival, Adam jumped out of his seat and headed in the terminal and got his bags. It was raining hard, as he hailed a Taxi he got in and told the driver the address. They drove off and half way to his destination, they suddenly stopped.

“Why did we stop?” he asked.

“The engine broke down” the cab driver said.

“Shit, can’t you fix it?” he asked.

“I’m going to have to have it towed.” The cab driver said calmly.

Adam decided he should just make a run for it, he opened the door and started to run.

He was soaking wet when he got to the door, he called her phone.

Lupita looked at her phone and answered it, “Adam?” she said surprised. “How did you get my number?”

“That’s not important, where are you?”

“At my parent’s house in Chicago”

“Oh, I was hopping we could see each other again soon, but I guess it’s sooner than I thought”

“What do you mean sooner than you thought?” she said confused.

The doorbell rang and opened the door before she could say anything he grabbed her and kissed with great force that they went back and hit the wall.

Lupita pulled away, she stood stunned. “Wh-what are you doing here? she stuttered

“I came to see you.” he said breathlessly.

Lupita stood surprised “Me?” she asked.

he nodded “Yeah” he chuckled.

“You came all the way here to see me?” she said again.

“Yeah” he laughed.

He looked at her with passion in his eyes and said “Ever since that night you left, you are all I could think about. I’ve never met a girl like you before” He put his hands on her face and said “I don’t want to lose you again” and they kissed again.

“Oh my god you’re all wet!!!” she said.

“Yeah, my cab broke down and I ran to find you.” he answered and Lupita looked at him surprised.

“How did you find me?” she asked.

“Canis told me you were here”

“Well let’s go get you warmed up, you must be freezing.”

They went upstairs to her room “I’ll be right back, I’m going to get some towels.”

She headed to the bathroom and Adam was left in her room, he went over to the dresser where there pictures of her and her family. He looked at them and he picked up a picture of Lupita when she was about 5, her two front teeth were missing, he grinned at the picture. Then Lupita came back with some towels, he put back the picture quickly.

“Here you go, this should dry you off” she told him.

“Thanks” he said as she handed him the towels.

Lupita sat on her bed surprised looking at Adam. “I can’t believe your here!!!”

Adam looked at her and smiled “Why?” he asked.

“You’re a big celebrity and I’m just a wannabe actress.”

Adam sat next to her, “So?”

“So it wouldn’t work out between us Adam!!” she cried.

Adam looked at her, “Then we’ll make it work” he said stroking her face with his hand.

“I can’t” she got up and went to the other side of the room.

She turned her back to him, hoping he wouldn’t see her cry. Adam looked at her from across the room, “I know why you’re scared”

She turned back to look at him. “You do?” she asked.

“You’re scared you might get hurt again”

She looked at him surprised “Who told you?” she asked.

“Canis did, but listen I really didn’t mean to hurt you” he said.

She went back and sat with Adam. “I know you didn’t, Adam. “It’s just the last relationship I had was bad and I don’t want to get hurt like that again.” Adam looked at her worried. Lupita decided to tell Adam about her last relationship.

“His name was Justin, I met him at a party” she started off. “He was this really nice guy and I thought he was the best. We started to date, we were inseparable. He was the perfect boyfriend. We would have such a great time and then….” she stopped to hold back her tears. “He kept getting these phone calls. He would tell me it was one of his friends. He would always told me he had to work late, when we had a date. So one day I decided to surprise him at work, but his boss said he didn’t have to work that day. So I went to his house. I got in and caught him in bed with another girl. He told me he wouldn’t do it again and I actually believed him.” She chuckled.

“Then, one day the same girl comes to the house. I answered the door and she asked me if Justin was home. He comes in and looks at us stunned. The girl says she’s pregnant with his baby. I was so mad, he tried to explain, but I didn’t want to hear it. I just ran out of there and left him. He would still call me and come to my house and say he still loved me and he didn’t mean to hurt me. And I felt like, if I fell in love again I get betrayed all over again.”

She finished and started to cry again. Adam hugged her tight and kissed her forehead. He didn’t want to let her go, he felt like she was safe in his arms from anything that would hurt her.

“Adam, I’m sorry” Lupita said looking at him.

Adam shushed her and said “It’s ok” and they spent the rest of the night in each others arms. By the time they knew it, it was morning.

They all went to Adam’s house and continue the party there s were excited and followed the guys to the house. They arrived and they went in.

The girls looked amazed, “Wow Adam this is amazing” Lupita said.

“Thanks” he said opening a bottle of wine.

“Yeah this house is considered the party pad” James said.

“James is just jealous because everyone comes to my house for parties and not his.”

“No I’m not” James snapped.

“Dude, I was just kidding!!! You know I love you” he said patting him on the shoulder.

“Yeah, Adam I know” James sighed.

Then Adam’s dog Frankie comes out from the other room and goes near the girls sitting on the couch.
“Awww is this Frankie?” Lupita asked.

“Yeah, wow you are a fan” Adam said suprised.

“What can I say?, I am your biggest fan” she said grinning.

“Yeah we’ve been fans for years!!” Sasa said excitedly.

“So, have you guys been to our concert?” Mickey asked.

“A couple” said Bianka.

“We actually met you guys at the Troubadour show” Canis said.

“Oh, wait I think remember!! Weren’t you the girls that had the “we love M5″ t-shirts with each of our faces on the back?” Matt asked.

The girls laughed “Yeah, and you guys signed them, Adam you actually said that you thought it was creepy to see a big picture of your head on my shirt.” Lupita giggled.

Adam laughed and said “Why don’t we keep this party going”

Everyone was laughing and having a good time, especially Adam and Lupita. They sat outside by the pool in the night sky talking, Frankie was by them.
“Frankie’s adorable, she’s so sweet”

“Yeah, she seems to like you.”

“I never had a dog growing up.” She said while she petted Frankie.

“Why?” he asked.

“My dad never liked dogs and he said they were too much work.”

“So why haven’t you got one?”

“Well I’ve been so busy, but I hoping to get one soon, hopefully”

“Oh, well when you get it, maybe you can bring it to play with Frankie, she’d like that. Why don’t you call me and we can set a date.”

“I’d like that” she smiled.

Adam told her the number while she put it in her phone. Lupita knew Adam was flirting with her and she liked that.

They spent the rest of the night talking. She liked talking to Adam, he was so sincere and so funny. He made her laugh, more than anyone else had.

It was getting chilly outside.

“It’s getting cold out here” Adam said.

“Yeah it is” Lupita said rubbing her arms to warm them up.

“Here put this on” he handed her his jacket.

“Thanks” she said with a smile.

He wrapped it around her and she could smell his cologne on his jacket. She couldn’t believe she was here with Adam, wearing his jacket and he was flirting with her.

“Wow it’s beautiful out here” she said looking at the sky.

“Yeah really beautiful”

She turned and saw Adam not looking at the sky but at her. She looked at him, he leaned close to her. They got even closer until their lips finally touched and they kissed.

Lupita pulled away, “What’s wrong?” he asked suprised.

“I-I-I got to go” she stuttered and ran off. Adam ran to follow her, but she was gone.

“What happened?” Jesse asked.

“I don’t know, the only thing I did was kiss her.” he said confused.

Canis looked at him “Adam, the thing is Lupita was just in a bad relationship about a year ago, she’s just scared to start dating again.”

“Really, what happened?” he said suprised.

“I can’t tell you, I promised Lupita I wouldn’t say anything.” The other girls looked at each other. After that the girls decided it was time to leave.

“It was nice meeting you girls” Adam told them with a smile.

“Yeah, it was nice hanging out with you guys” Laura said.

“Hey, Canis can you tell Lupita I didn’t mean to hurt her and I’m sorry and if she wants to talk she can call me” he told her.

She nodded, “Yeah I will, goodnight Adam.”

“Well I guess we’ll go too” said James.

“Man, don’t worry, she’ll turn around, you’ll see” Jesse said patting him on the shoulder.

“Yeah, I guess, any way she’s just another girl, it doesn’t matter.” he said.

His friends all knew Adam was the kind of guy who moved on when it came to girls, well except for Jane his muse of many years of course.

That night after everyone left, he went upstairs to his room as Frankie followed. Adam got himself ready for bed and patted Frankie on the head one last time and got into bed. Adam tossed and turned, he couldn’t stop thinking about Lupita. He got up and even started to write lyrics and then he fell asleep on his desk.

He woke up and realized what time it was “Shit, I’m late”.

It was 11:00 A.M and was supposed to meet the guys at practice at 10. He took a shower, got dressed and got in his car. He got to the venue and met up with the guys.

“Dude, what happened to you? I called your house and Gene said you were still sleeping” James said.

“Sorry guys, I couldn’t sleep last night.” Adam said.

“Wait is this about that girl we met last night?” Jesse asked.

“No” Adam said offensively. “I told you, she doesn’t matter to me.” But she did matter to him.

for the past week all of his band mates noticed he was acting strange, like every time he’d get a phone call and get excited and then disappointed, he wasn’t getting into the music like he used to or he’d go out and drink to much and pass out. Jesse, James and Mickey hadn’t seen Adam like that since….. Jane.

So one day at one of the bands practices the guys decided to see what was wrong with their friend.

“Hey Adam can we talk to you?” asked James.

“Sure, what’s up?” Adam said.

“Adam, we noticed you haven’t been yourself lately.” Jesse said concerned.

“Oh, I’ve just been under stress lately, that’s all.” Adam said nervously.

The guys looked at each other, they weren’t buying it at all.

“Adam we all know something’s bothering you, it’s about her isn’t it.” Mickey asked.

“I told you guys, she doesn’t matter to me OK!!!” Adam shouted.

“Adam the last time you acted like this was with Jane.” James said.

Adam sat down and put his head in his hands he looked up at his friends, “I don’t know what to do” he said with a look of sadness on his face. “All I think about is her since that night she left” his friends looked at him.

“Then why don’t you call her?” asked Matt.

“I can’t call her, I don’t have her number”

“Here” matt said as he passed a piece of paper with a number scribbled on it.

“What’s this?” Adam asked.

“Canis gave it to me, her and Lupita live together.” Matt said.

Adam looked at the number and said with a big smile “Thanks man, I owe you”

“Just go already!!!” Matt told him. Adam ran backstage and tried to call Lupita.

Adam, dialed the number and the phone started to ring. Adam was getting anxious and was about to hang up. Until someone answered, “Hello?” the voice said.

“Hi, is Lupita there? He asked.

“No she’s not here, can I ask whose calling?”

“It’s Adam”

“Oh Adam how are you, its Canis Lupita’s friend”

“I ’m fine Canis, can you please tell me when Lupita will be back?” he said

“Well, um actually Adam she’s not in L.A., she left for Chicago this morning.”

“What? Why?” he asked.

“She went to visit her family; there was something she had to do.” Canis said.

“Canis can you give me the address of the house she’s staying at and her cell phone number, please?”

Canis was stunned at what she heard. “Why?” she asked confused.

“Just please, give it to me, it’s important” he begged.

“Okay, okay, you got a pen and paper?”

Adam looked around and saw a piece of paper on the floor and got a pen out of his pocket. “Ok tell me!!” Canis gave Adam the address and phone number. “Thanks Canis!!!”

As I said before I love to write fanfics so heres my very first one!!!

Description:It was like any other Friday night, Lupita and her friends were going out to a new L.A. club. They were having a great time dancing and ordering drinks. Until, they spotted some people that looked very familiar to them.

“Hey, isn’t that…. Oh my god it is, its Maroon 5!!!!” said Canis.

“No, you must be seeing things, it can’t be Maroon 5, they’re on tour right now” Lupita replied.

“Didn’t they just finish their tour?” Sasa asked.

“Yeah, I heard that too.” Laura agreed.
“Oh my god you guys are right!!!! Lupita yelled.

“Told you!!! I recognized Matt’s ass anywhere.” Canis said and the girls laughed.

“Hey, you guys want something? I’m going to get another drink”

“Sure” said Sasa.

Lupita headed over to the bar and ordered the drinks. On the other side of the bar Adam was ordering himself a drink.

He looked over and saw Lupita; he walked over to where she was sitting. “What’s a girl like you sitting here all alone?” he asked.

Lupita turned around and was about to tell him to go away, until she realized who it was.

With a look of surprise on her face she said “Holy shit, your Adam Levine.”

Adam looked at her with a smile and laughed. He was wearing his leather jacket, with a white T-shirt and black jeans.

Lupita felt so embarrassed, she started to blush. “What’s your name?” he asked.

“Lupita” she said.

“So Lupita I guess you’re a fan?”

Lupita nodded, “Yeah a big fan.”

“You’re not like a stalker or anything?” he asked.

“No I’m not a stalker fan” Lupita said laughing.

“Ok good, I wouldn’t want to be followed by a girl as beautiful as you anyway” he said with smile, Lupita giggled at his remark.

“So I noticed you were all alone and was wondering if you would like to sit with me and my friends.” He told her with a grin.

“Oh so who’s the stalker now huh?” she said, they both laughed.

“Yeah I would like to join you, hey can I invite my friends too?” she asked

“Sure, why not”

Lupita hurried to the table and was still shocke at what just happend.

“What took you so long? Was there a lot of people at the bar?” Sasa asked.

“No but, you wouldn’t believe what happened to me!!!”

“What?” all four girls asked.

“I got hit on by this hot guy and we got invited to sit with him and his friends”

“Really? Where are they?” Lupita pointed to the table in the corner.

Canis turned to Lupita surprised “Were going to sit with Maroon 5?” Lupita smiled and nodded.

“Yeah and the guy who hit on me was Adam.”

“Shut up!!! Sasa shouted

“No way!!!” Laura said in disbelief.

The girls went to the guys table. Adam got up and got beside Lupita “Guys this is Lupita.” The guys smiled.

“These are my friends Canis, Laura, Sasa and Biankia.” Lupit told them.

“It nice to meet you guys, were such big fans!!!” said Canis.

The guys smiled, “Well I’m glad you like our music.” Jesse said.

The girls sat with the guys, Sasa next to James, Laura next to Jesse, Canis next to Matt, Bianka next to Mickey and Lupita next to Adam.

Adam turned to Lupita and asked “So do you live in LA?”

“Yeah since I was 19″ ” I came out here to become an actress.”

Adam looked at her surprised, “Wow, really have you been on anything?”

“I’ve done some extra stuff on shows and movies and a commercial and I got my first role just recently.”

“On what?” he asked

“On a show on HBO.” she said.

“Which one?” he asked.

“Entourage” she said.

“I love that show!!!” he said excitedly. “Wait, I thought I recognized you!!” Lupita couldn’t believe what she heard.

“Really? You do?” she smiled.

“Yeah, weren’t you the girl Vince liked?” he asked.

“Yeah, and between you and me I’m coming back on the show” she whispered.

“Well good to know, now that I know you’ll be on I’ll definitely watch.” he said smiling.

Lupita blushed at the compliment.

“So is your boyfriend here?” he asked looking around.

“Yeah, he’s right over there” Lupita pointed to a guy with big muscles at the bar.

“Oh wow, he looks tough” he told her gulping.

“Yeah I just Love a man with muscles as big as their head” she sighed.

Adam looked uneasy and Lupita started to giggle.

“What’s so funny?” he asked confused.

“The look on you face” she giggled.

You think its funny that you boyfriend might beat me to the ground if he see me with you?”

She laughed harder.

“Is that a yes?”

She tried to catch her breath, “No, I’m laughing because you believed me”

He tried understand what she said, “So he’s not your boyfriend?”

“Ewww no he’s not. I was kidding”

“Oh”
“And no I don’t have a boyfriend, if thats what you wanted to know”

Adam sighed and smiled, “Oh okay”

” I just got out of a relationship” Lupita said.

“Can I just say, that guy is an idiot, for leaving a girl like you” he said.

Lupita looked at him with a smile, “You really mean that?” she asked. “yeah I do” he said with a smile.

Lupita could smell Adam’s cologne and it smelled like she’d imagined, very sweet yet strong like a rain forest.

“So now that I told you about me, how about you?” “Other than the stuff I’ve read in magazines.”

Adam let out a big sigh and said “Don’t tell me you believe that shit, do you?” he asked angrily.

“Yeah some” Lupita said calmly.

“Listen, I’m not the playboy, rock star they say I am, the press labeled me that way” he said.

“I know”

“But I thought…” Lupita cut him off, “You didn’t let me finish, I was going to say, I believed everything they say about how sweet and nice you are.” She said looking at him.

Adam let a sigh of relief “Oh, wow thank god!!! I thought you would think of me as this jerk, who parties a lot and sleeps around with different woman every night.”

“Now why would I think that?, I know better not to believe those rumors!!!” “I know their just all lies.”

Adam looked at her amazed, “Wow you are something, you know that!!”

Lupita looked down at her drink, “I’ve been told that.”

Then Adam lifted her face to meet his “You have the most beautiful eyes.”

She looked into his eyes and felt she could see his soul full of compassion and love and suddenly felt weak.

Adam leaned in to kiss her, but was stopped by Canis.

“Lupita, can you come with me to the ladies room?”

Lupita looked at her and sighed “Okay I’ll be right there.” She looked at Adam, “You know us girls have to stick together” she joked and Adam laughed.

All five girls headed in the bathroom.

The girls were laughing and giggling. “So, Lupita I see you and Adam were having a good time!!!” Sasa said

“Yeah we were” Lupita said.

“He was totally flirting with you.” Canis said.

Lupita started to blush. “You really think he likes me?”

“Oh totally” Laura agreed.

“Well then, I guess he wasn’t the only one” looking at Canis.

“What? me?” she said innocently.

“Yes you!!! I saw the way you looked at Matt” Canis smiled.

“Okay, yeah I was flirting with him, I couldn’t help it, he’s just so hot” all the girls laughed.

“I can’t blame you their all so hot!!!” Laura said.

They all agreed and finish applying their make up.

The girls came out and met up with the guys.

“Would you like to dance?” Adam asked.

“I would love too” Lupita said excitedly.

Adam took her hand and led her to the dance floor.

“So, is this how you get girls to date you? By charming them with your good looks?” she asked.

“Why? Is it working? ” he joked.

“I just don’t see how girls fawn over you” she teased.

“Really? You don’t?”

“Yeah I mean, you write the most hit making songs, your apart of the biggest band in the world, your smart, funny, talented, and very sexy.I just don’t see it.”

“Oh really, then why did you come and dance with me?” he asked her with an eybrow raised.

“I like to dance, isn’t that what you do at a club.”

“Playing hard to get, are we?” he said.

“Maybe” she said playfully.

“Well, I always try to get what I can’t have.” he said.

Then all of the sudden they hear a slow song, and Adam laughs “I can’t believe it” he said as he heard “She Will Be Loved” in the background.

“I love this song!!!” Lupita said excited. Then she realized Adam was smiling at her. “Oh my god, this is your song!!!”

“Yeah, it is” he answered.

“You probably think I’m a dork right? For getting excited like that” she asked embarrassed.

He laughed,”No, I actually thought it was cute to see your reaction” he smiled.

She smiled and in her mind she thought how Adam said she was cute.

Lupita felt safe in his arms, like there was no one was around them.

His lips caressed her cheek as he pulled her closer. Turning her head, their lips brushed as she looked up into his adoring eyes…. “I have never met a girl like you before” he said whispering in her ear.

With that the song ended and they headed back to the table. They stood by the table, Adam was holding her by the waist and she put her arm around his, now they felt comfortable with each other.
